Free 30 Day Returns

If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your order, you can return it within 30 days of shipment for a full refund or exchange. We will cover the return shipping costs.

 

Please note: Free returns are limited to two per customer. If an engraved item is returned, a $25 re-polishing fee will apply. To proceed with a return, please follow the instructions listed below:

  1. Contact our Customer Service team at (201) 888-8424
  2. Within one business day of your phone call, we will email you a pre-paid, fully insured FedEx 2-Day label, along with detailed instructions for safely and securely packaging your items.
  3. Bring your order and the provided label to a FedEx location and send it back to us. If you need packaging materials, FedEx will assist you.
  4. Your order should reach our office within two business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  5. All refunds will be handled within one to two weeks and will be issued using the original payment method.
Improperly packaged items:
Items dispatched to our office without a RAN number, shipments exceeding the 30-day return window, and packages that are inadequately packaged or
uninsured will not be accepted upon receipt.
Damaged and Used Items:
Returned items must be in pristine condition, undamaged, and unused. We cannot accept items that show any indications of wear or have been altered by a jeweler other than Urban Seal.
Eternity bands:
Eternity bands and tension rings typically cannot undergo resizing and require complete remanufacturing.
Custom/Special orders:
Custom/Special orders cannot be returned.
