Please note: Free returns are limited to two per customer. If an engraved item is returned, a $25 re-polishing fee will apply. To proceed with a return, please follow the instructions listed below:
- Contact our Customer Service team at (201) 888-8424
- Within one business day of your phone call, we will email you a pre-paid, fully insured FedEx 2-Day label, along with detailed instructions for safely and securely packaging your items.
- Bring your order and the provided label to a FedEx location and send it back to us. If you need packaging materials, FedEx will assist you.
- Your order should reach our office within two business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- All refunds will be handled within one to two weeks and will be issued using the original payment method.
- Improperly packaged items:
- Items dispatched to our office without a RAN number, shipments exceeding the 30-day return window, and packages that are inadequately packaged or
- uninsured will not be accepted upon receipt.
- Damaged and Used Items:

- Eternity bands and tension rings typically cannot undergo resizing and require complete remanufacturing.
- Custom/Special orders:
- Custom/Special orders cannot be returned.
