Conflict-free diamonds are those that have not been linked to funding civil wars. What is the quality of the diamonds in your jewelry?

We use diamonds with F-G color, VS (Very Slightly Included) clarity, and a VG (Very Good) cut.

What if I need to resize my ring?

Urban Seal offers a one-time free resize within the first year of your purchase, including complimentary return shipping. After the first year or for additional resizes, there is a fee of $20 for gold rings and $40 for platinum rings, along with a $30 return shipping charge. However, shipping the resized ring back to you will always be free.

Yes, all jewelry bought from Urban Seal includes a special cleaning service every six months. We also provide complimentary re-polishing, prong tightening, rhodium plating, and cleaning. What is covered by your lifetime warranty?

All of our jewelry is meticulously crafted to the highest standards and undergoes thorough inspection by our quality control team, including G.I.A. Graduate Gemologists and professional jewelers, before being shipped. Our lifetime warranty covers services such as re-polishing, rhodium plating, prong tightening, and cleaning. If you experience any issues with your jewelry or require a service not covered by our warranty, simply send it back to us for inspection. We will notify you of any potential charges before proceeding with any work on your piece.
